Personal: 2011 graduate of Lee's Summit high school in Lee's Summit, Missouri, attended Missouri State University and graduated in 2016 with a bachelors in Exercise Science. In 2018 he received his Master of Arts in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska- Omaha. He obtains his National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS, USA-W Level 1 sports performance coach, and also American Red Cross CPR/ First Aid/ AED. 

Strength Coaching Experience

St. Louis Blues: Worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern, independent ran athletes for four weeks, conducted warmups, guided injured athletes and prospect group, assisted with tracking and set up of FirstBeat technology, and implemented testing at the summer prospect camp. 

University of Nebraska-Omaha: Graduate strength and conditioning intern. Assisted with all training aspects of Omaha hockey, developed all training aspects for women's soccer, men's and women's tennis and golf. Established and maintained professional relationship with sport coaches and sports medicine staff. 

Miami of Ohio University: Ice hockey strength and conditioning coach, assisted with lifts, conditioning, speed/agility, also helped with testing data collection and interpretation using Excel.

Missouri State University: Strength and Conditioning Intern for men's and women's swimming and diving, women's basketball, and volleyball. Created tapering lifts for men's and women's swim/dive conference season. Also guided warmups for all teams. 

Eastern Michigan University: Strength and conditioning intern for the football team and completed a rigorous intern development program (projects, videos, coaching development).
