NCAA DII Championship field is announced
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The 2010 NCAA Division II Track and Field Championship lineup has been announced, and Lake Superior State junior Jonathon Allen is seeded sixth in the men’s triple jump.
The NCAA Championships, hosted by Johnson C. Smith University, will be held May 27-29 at the Irwin Belk Track Complex in Charlotte, N.C.
Allen (Lansing, Mich.), who landed his season-best performance of 15.46 meters in early April, is the only Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference representative in the event. He won the GLIAC Championship with a distance of 15.03 meters.
