Brent Vizina finishes 3-over at Ryman Memorial
TIFFIN, Ohio - Brent Vizina fired a 3-over 147 to tie for 10th place and lead the Lake Superior State men's golf team at the Kyle Ryman Memorial hosted by Tiffin on Saturday and Sunday.
Vizina shot a 74-73--147 in the 36-hole event. P.J. Dienes (76-79--155) and Brandon Vizina (76-79--155) tied for 35th, and Andrew McKenney (80-79--159) tied for 55th. Andrew Doerr (81-83--164) tied for 68th to round out LSSU's field.
Wayne State won the team title with 584 strokes. LSSU was ninth among 10 teams. Saginaw Valley State's Nate Kelly defeated Ashland's Jay Overy in a tie-breaker to take medalist honors.
