Prior to LSSU: Finished second on the team in assists and fourth in points after totaling 6-30--36 for the Weyburn Red Wings of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in 2009-10...Was named SJHL Player of the Month in October 2009...Was previously a teammate of Laker junior defenseman Kyle Haines.
