The CCHA adopted new rules for the 2010-11 season
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. - The Central Collegiate Hockey Association has adopted several new rules for the 2010-11 season.
During conference and non-conference games, the home team off ice officials, will be responsible for three media time-outs per period. Each media time-out will be one minute long unless the game is televised. During a televised game the media time-outs will be 1:20.
In overtime, netminders will now have to switch ends before the overtime period starts. The CCHA has also changed its icing ruling. For a complete list of all 2010-11 rule changes please clink on the link below.
