Freshman (2009-10): Made five mound appearances as a reliever and totaled six innings of work for the LSSU pitching staff.
Was 24-6 with a 1.15 ERA and 243 strikeouts for Division 3 district champion Bath High School in 2009. Christie was a two-time All-Central Michigan Athletic Conference First-Team selection and earned academic all-state honors as a senior. Daughter of Teresa and John Christie. Major: fisheries/wildlife management.
