Coach Myers celebrates retirement with current and former staff and players

As Lake State's longest-tenured coach, Don Myers retired this season after guiding the his softball team for 21 seasons. He coached 915 games and was named Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 1991. Myers was a catcher for the University of Tulsa and enjoyed a successful professional career as a salesman with Republic Steel. His near-term plans are to root for the home team for many years to come. (LSSU/John Shibley)
