LSSU goes 1-2 during weekend road trip
ASHLAND, Ohio - Lake Superior State finished its Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference road matches win an 8-1 loss at Ashland on Sunday.
The sole LSSU victory went to freshman Kaitlynn Hutchinson (Cadillac, Mich.) at No. 6 singles. Hutchnson defeated Ashland, 6-0, 6-0, and is now 4-0 overall and 2-0 in GLIAC singles play.
LSSU will play at the ITA Regional Championships September 17-18.
