Holly Daniel collects win
DETROIT, Mich. - Lake Superior State lost a Great Lake Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's tennis match at Wayne State, 8-1.
Holly Daniel (Zeeland, Mich.) secured the Lakers' only win. Daniel defeated her Wayne State opponent, 6-1, 6-2, at No. 5 singles.
LSSU (8-4 overall, 3-4 GLIAC) continues road play Oct. 1 at 11 a.m. against Tiffin University. WSU leads the conference with a 7-0 record.
