LaMothe improves to 3-0 at No. 1 singles

SAN LANDO, Fla. - Senior Megan LaMothe, who is gunning for LSSU's career win percentage record, improved to 3-0 during Lake Superior State's spring break trip after winning Saturday's No. 1 singles match against Mount St. Mary's, 6-4, 6-2.

LaMothe improved her career record to 51-22 (.699). The all-time leader in wins is gunning for a win percentage of .690 by the end of her spring season.

LaMothe and Weronika Lomacka also won their No. 1 doubles match, 8-2.

The Lakers (1-2 in Florida) play Sacred Heart at 5 p.m. today.
